Started in 2008, the year of the financial crisis, it's time for a change.

We have generated in the last 4 years a lot of experiences in the consulting field and in the research of investment opportunities in the Real Estate market. We were and also are involved in RE projects in Spain, South and Middle America, Asia, Bulgaria and at the moment our focus lies on Turkey.

We are working with partners in these regions and countries and our network grows daily. We are based in Switzerland in the Kanton Schaffhausen within a beautiful nature and the 'Father' Rhine and its falls in Neuhausen. Zurich is 45 min. away from us by car or train.
